“Chris is a true inspiration to all. He has been with the club since being a junior player. Despite sitting his university finals, he agreed to manage the Development XI and took an active role in mentoring a 15 year old who has broken into the 1st XI. Chris is a Level 2 coach who has been a constant feature at junior coaching for 5 seasons now. He has also taken an active role in seeking new senior players to become coaches. He has stepped in during periods of illness to cover the Chance to Shine programme. In the closed season he will work on a new coaching system to be implemented in 2011 which he will take responsibility for in his new role when he becomes Junior Chairman in 2011.”
